With cash deposits at 10,000 Coinstar ATMs throughout the United States, seven of the most important digital assets will be made available for purchase. Coinstar and Crypto Onboarding Service Coinme have announced six new digital assets that can be purchased via cash deposits at kiosk stations across the U.S.
Users will have access to Chainlink and Dogecoin as well as Bitcoin.
Coinme’s CEO and cofounder Neil Bergquist stated that the service allows the company to “scale up to 10,000 additional physical sites, providing instant cash onramps for crypto which can be bought and securely stored in the Coinme account or sent to almost any global wallet.
Since its inception, the company from Seattle has offered financial services in Bitcoin. Coinme also received 9th place from 150 in the 2022 Inc. listing for the fastest-growing corporations in the U.S Pacific.
A company announcement at the 2022 Bitcoin Conference stated that Coinme has increased its Bitcoin cash service to more than 21,000 locations in the United States over the past year.
Jim Gaherity, CEO of Coinstar, stated that customers have been asking for additional assets at the Coinme-enabled Coinstar kiosks.
He stated that he wanted to make it simple for everyone, no matter their level of crypto knowledge, to start using digital currencies with cash in local grocery stores.
